       Too long using computer have negative impact that unprecditable for us and we must know it from now. here i will focus in laptop, because the amount user of laptop is larger than PC. And laptop has more efficient but if you  know, laptop have some bigger impact for us.
        The most focus from this article is some effect of using PC/laptop in long time. Actually the effect doesn't appear directly when we use  it, but believe it or not PC/laptop are very dangerous to our health. Sometime we felt very enjoy to play some interest games or browsing internet etc, and its enjoyment make us spend more time to stay infront of  the laptop/PC. Here we'll explain to you about the effect to our health.
         First effect is the radiation wave from pc/laptop to our body,believe it or not this radiation can be the causes of cancer,and also can make us lazy to do something,such us when we stay in front of the pc/laptop and we playing game,it can make us lazy to study,talking to our family,and then the BIG EFFECT that will happen if we use pc/laptop too long is can make us far away fom our relation like family,close friend and etc. Not only it but also it can disturb our healthy of eyes, because this organ is very sensitive if we use in more time, so if we use pc/laptop in long time it can make watery eyes, change from white to red colour and then make our normal eyes become up normal or suffer some eyes diseases. The last is can make us have headache, because our  brain have to use nonstop if  we have so many kinds of works, many kinds of task must  be done so it's not impossible if it's can make us be stress. And if we sit im front of pc/laptop in long time make our bone position diseases and our back feel sick. Because excedingly long we bowing. we are  forget to the times and lost control to stay in front of the pc/laptop and enjoy with some application inside, so we didn't realize that so many times we spend for play some application inside pc/laptop.
        So Guys, don't lost your control when using PC. Stop and break for a while and make your body and brains fresh again. If you wanna continue it, just continue after you have enough energy again. And please check your sit position and make it relax, as relax as you can. The last tips is keep your eyes not too close with the monitor.
